Cathy Lynn Foster Cochran was born on July 25, 1954, in Wichita, Kansas, the second of three children born to Basil and Mary Means Foster.
She grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where she attended Amboy Elementary and later graduated from North Little Rock High School.

My Sweet Friend Cathy is Already Missed. She Was A Beautiful Person Inside and Out. Always giving a Compliment and Lifting Up Someone’s Spirit. Love her And Look Forward to Seeing Her Again in Eternity When Jesus Returns. My Prayers are for Our Comforter The Holy Spirit to Bring Her Family that’s Here in Earth Comfort to Know She’s Still Very Much Alive in Her True Body. Her Spirit but in a Different Dimension that Flesh and Blood Cannot See. 1st Corinthians chapter 15 verse 40 tells us we have 2 Bodies and each have a Different Glory. Cathy’s still Shining her Glory now but it’s in Heaven. Let this Bring Us Peace.
