Frances Cassandra Noland, age 67, passed away on June 23, 2025. She was born on August 8, 1957 in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late Carl and Louise Reeder.
Frances loved spending time with family. She enjoyed crafting, cooking for the holidays, shopping and especially for shoes, and last but not least she loved her back scratched.
Frances is preceded in death by her husband Randy Noland; her parents; and her brother Carl Reeder.
Frances was an amazing mother to her children, Jonathan (Samantha) Noland, Josh (Christie) Noland, Jeremy Noland, step-daughter Angela (Jason) Hoofman; 5 grandchildren; and siblings Trish (Brian) Berry and Connie (John) Norman; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends. A special thanks to her caregiver Pamela Graham.
The visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Thornburg Baptist Church in Perryville, Arkansas with the funeral service starting at 11:00 A.M. The interment will follow the service at May Cemetery in Houston, Arkansas.
