
Bill worked for, then ultimately owned and operated Arkansas Paint and Glass in Forrest City. Bill loved great music and a good western movie. Especially when he could enjoy them with his favorite boy, Opie.
Bill leaves behind his loving wife of 38 years Barbara Webb Cullum and his best friend Opie. Also left behind to cherish his memory are; his son Lee Cullum of Wynne; his daughters Pamela Cullum of Paragould, Rachel Brittingham of Trumann, Sherrie Cullum of Wynne, Sharon (Dewayne) Huckaba of Van Buren, and Rae (Bart) Shankles of Little Rock. Bill also left behind 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, as well as special nieces, nephews and close friends to remember him. Bill was preceded in death by his parents as well as his brother, Ray Cullum. He is also survived by one brother, Jimmy Cullum of Wynne and a sister, Danna Woodworth of Fair Oaks.
A Celebration Of Life, officiated by Pastor Lonnie Parrish, will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 pm at Fowler Funeral Home. 210 S Main St. Brinkley, Arkansas.

As I can remember the first time we met its seams like I’ve know you all my life you were part of my family for many years we share your daughter my niece and your 3 beautiful grandchildren and a great granddaughter my u rest in peace
