Phil and my brother Keith were great friends all thru school. He was a part of our family, and we are sad to hear of his passing.
Phillip was my dearest friend and part of my life for the past 20 years. He was the first one I would call if I needed to talk. We shared the good and the bad. I shall greatly miss his stubborn self.
I will always remember his contagious smile. I went to school with him. He always made me laugh. Thank you for your service Phil. You were a class act.
