Thomas Joseph Selby passed away on August 22nd, 2025, at his home in Maumelle. Tom was born on July, 23rd, 1942 in Little Rock, AR to Thomas and Helen Selby.
Tom was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. He was the best joke teller, a great cook, an outstanding fisherman, an avid Razorback fan, and always the life of the party. When he didn’t have a smile on his face, he was chewing on his favorite cigar. Just being around Tom would always make you smile. Tom was retired from Coulson Oil.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Karen Sue Selby, his son Thomas Joseph Selby Jr., and his daughter-in-law Sharon Jean Evans Selby.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 66 years, Diane Selby, his sister Barbra Toussaint, his daughter Lisa (Mike) Honea, his grandchildren Justin (Alyssa) Selby, Kara Selby, and Caroline Honea, and his great-grandchildren Austin, Arlowe, Gunnar, and Ryder.
Memorial Service will be held Thursday August 28th, at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.
