William Alfred Skaggs, age 83, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away on August 17, 2025. He was born in Wabbaseka, Arkansas in February 11, 1942 to Jack and Mamie (Lavitte) Skaggs.

William is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Robert Skaggs, Jack Skaggs Jr., and Bobby Skaggs; sisters Susie Barrett, Luluann Jackson, and Patsy Whitenburg; and his daughter Deann Skaggs.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years Juanita Skaggs; two sons Steven (Patricia) Skaggs and Albert Helmes; grandson Trayce Helmes; along with a host of extended family and friends.

William enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked for Overhead Doors for several years.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 10:00am with graveside service starting at 11:00am at Keo Cemetery in Keo, Arkansas.
