
Marvin Leroy Huwe was born on September 22, 1940 in Minot, ND. Marvin has lived the last 6 years in Bigelow, AR. He has been a long-time member of Assembly of God Church. Marvin is survivor by his wife of nearly 65 years, Iliene Huwe Ryan. His children: Bryan Huwe and his wife Krystie of Bigelow, AR, Brenda Huwe Gingrass and husband Alan of Mill Creek, WA, Brenton Huwe and Bradley Huwe of Towner, ND. His 2 brothers Ken Huwe and wife Betty of Minot, ND, Gordon Huwe and wife Shirley of Las Vegas, NV. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marvin studied at Trinity Bible College in Devils Lake, ND. He was an active servant of God. He has been in the missions field in Guatemala, to serving many meals, coffee and gifts to the homeless in city parks. He always thought of others first no matter the situation. He was quick-witted and never turned down a game of Rook. He loved his family beyond measure and always loved having a cup of coffee and visiting.
Marvin grew up always working and doing things with his hands. He worked in the family house moving business, he worked as a welder for Bob Cat, worked at Atlas Foundry in WA, and Buffland Door Company as well. His favorite hobby was to do leatherwork. He enjoyed taking his family camping and fishing and being in the outdoors. He raised his children to embrace the values of Christ, family and integrity while being a great example.
His Celebration of Life will be held at One Church of Conway, 1073 Front St, Conway, AR 72034 at 11am September 27th, 2025.
