Jackie Lou Garvin, age 78, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on October 30, 2025. She was born on July 8, 1947 in Beebe, Arkansas to her parents Charles O. Haymes and Eliza L. Clark.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents, sister Janna Massey, and her daughter Laura Speck.

She is survived by her husband James M. Garvin, grandson Marcus Speck, and her brother Del Haymes (Martha), along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Jackie was a member of Faith Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
