Stella Irving Westerman was born March 30, 1941 to H.R. and Lula Mae Stokes Irving. Stella lived most of her adult life in England, Arkansas where she raised her family. Stella passed away on October 10, 2025 at the age of 84.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bobby Lee Westerman, and her son Dustin Wayne Westerman.

Survivors include daughter Rebecca Ward (Lynn) and sons Clayton, Scott (Donna), and Todd Westerman, 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Stella came from a large family having eight brothers and eight sisters.

Stella was a devoted friend and family member who saw to it things got done and on time. She sacrificed her time and resources taking care of those in need. Her neighbors came to depend on her like no other. One of her greatest attributes was her ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. She was witty, charming, gregarious, and, of course, beautiful.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 10:30am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.
