Tosha Renee Barber, age 35, of Danville, Arkansas passed away on October 7, 2025. She was born on May 4, 1990 in Little Rock, Arkansas to her parents Billy Charles Williams and Marsha Ann (LaTourrette) Williams.
Tosha is preceded in death by her son Robert Wesley Martinez, grandparents Elanor Jackson and John LaTourrette, Jim Williams and Maggie Schnider.
She is survived by her parents Billy and Marsha Williams; four children Elanor Marie Parish, Matilda Katherine Parish, David Dewayne Parish, and Jimmy Paul Parish; two sisters Kendra Case and Haley (Matt) Horton; three nephews David Anthony, Charlie, and Darrien; aunts and uncles Merle and Joyce Teague, Karen Williams, Allan (Faye), John and Rickey LaTourrette, Jay (Mike), Jimmy (Margaret), David (Diana), Ricky Taylor, Ricky (Maggie) Parr, Evert Cole; along with a host of extended family and many friends.
A family-hosted memorial will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 11:00am at Cabot Community Pond located at 1881 Kerr Station Road, Cabot, Arkansas 72023.
