Jesse Lee “Buddy” Hughey, age 64, of Griffithville, Arkansas passed away on November 17, 2025. Bud was born on January 7, 1961 in Pawpaw, Michigan.

Buddy was a loving husband. He enjoyed motorcycles, working on motors, hunting, and fishing. He loved to travel and to see new places. He appreciated having fun and joking around and football, and his later days became his passion. He will be dearly missed by all of his friends and family.

Bud is survived by his wife of 18 years Melanie Graham Hughey. They were married in Georgetown, Arkansas on July 7, 2007. He is also survived by two brothers Bill Hughey (Lill) of Michigan, Jimmy Hughey of Griffithville, his sister Louise Clause (Gary) of Griffithville, his nieces and nephews Roger Clause (Heather) of McRae, Kerry White (Calvin) of Griffithville, Justin Clause (Elizabeth) of Griffithville, Thomas Tigue (roxie) of Ball Knob, Savannah Stevens of Searcy, Brooklyn Hughey of Searcy, Grace Young of Hot Springs, Hayden Xavier and Adalyn King of Cabot.

He is preceded in death by ULMAN Barker Hughey and Louisa May Calum Clause.
