I love and miss you Big Brother. Growing up together was some crazy times. Skateboards, bikes and flying footballs with your buddies and me desperately trying unsuccessfully trying to keep up. We loved seeing you doing so well with track in school knowing you got that start simply running around the yard with all of us siblings chasing lightning bugs and playing “keep away” with my favorite toy of the moment.

Skillet, my right-hand man for nearly a decade—you earned every ounce of trust the hard way and became the heart of this crew.

Even after health sidelined you a couple years ago, you never left us; texts, calls, and that big grin every time you swung by to visit. Your rock-solid faith, your love for God, your family, the crew, and every client—it showed in everything you did. You made tough days bearable with that laugh and a grateful heart very few people ever have.

The job site’s quieter, the world’s darker, and our lives are forever poorer without you in them.

We love you, brother. We miss you like hell. Tell Jesus the crew says hey and save us a spot.

    Rest easy, Skillet.
    —Boss & the Crew
