Linda Kaye (Aldridge) Lynch, age 77, of Mayflower, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 12, 2025, with her beloved dachshund, Bonnie Blue, by her side. Linda was born on July 6, 1948, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to John Aaron Aldridge and Edna (Hamilton) Aldridge.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her cousins, Ricky and Bobby Jobe; and her great-grandson, Baby Shane.
Linda is survived by her two siblings: John Allen Aldridge (Sue) and Regina Mae (Aldridge) Higgins. She is also survived by her two sons: Christopher Ray McNeely (Shannon) of Greenbrier, Arkansas, and Scott Allen Crow (Dee Dee) of Mayflower, Arkansas. She also leaves behind five grandchildren: Heather Harris (Dane) of Conway, Arkansas; CJ McNeely of Greenbrier, Arkansas; Bridgett Hendrickson; Melinda Otts (Jason); and Robert Bogard Jr., all of Mayflower, Arkansas; sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was a graduate of Pulaski Oak Grove High School, Class of 1968. Linda devoted her professional life to the legal field, working as a legal secretary until her retirement in 2013. During the 1970s and early 1980s, she served as a court clerk at Pulaski County Circuit Court under Judge David Hale. In 1985, she helped establish the first Maumelle District Court, serving as its first clerk. Throughout her career, she worked as a legal secretary for numerous law firms across Central Arkansas, including the Rose Law Firm. Following her retirement, Linda poured her heart into her passions—becoming deeply involved in dog rescue and foster organizations, as well as volunteering with her church’s food pantry. Helping others, both people and animals, brought her great joy. Linda will be deeply missed by her family and friends, whom she loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Your local animal shelters or dog rescue and foster organizations in her honor, under “The Linda K. Lynch Fund.”
No service is planned at this time. A graveside Celebration of Life will be held after the holidays, with details to be announced.
