Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Jimmy Dale Hart, 72, of Lonoke, AR passed away on December 31, 2025. He was born August 23, 1953, in Paragould, AR, to Daniel and Pauline Hart.

Jimmy was a graduate of Carlisle High School where he enjoyed playing basketball and running track. He talked about taking much ribbing for once accidentally scoring 2 points for the opposing team in a basketball game. Thankfully, Carlisle still won. He held the 1971-72 District Record for the 880 in track.

Jimmy was retired from the City of Little Rock Fleet Services after 24 years of service. He had a lifelong love of reading, traveling, and golf. He made several holes in one.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers-in-law, Hugh Daniels and Gary Cole; a niece, Brittany Cole; and a great-nephew, Tyler Reeves.

He will be greatly missed by his siblings, Paulette Daniels, Garry (Tere’) Hart, Carolyn Cole, Sandra (Mike) Smith, and Lisa (Kenny) McFarlin along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.

To Jimmy’s family. I am so sorry of his passing so early in life. I know he had been ready for awhile but it still doesn’t make it any easier to say goodbye. Jimmy you were one of a kind. No more pain. Rest in peace.
    May God comfort his families.
