Phillip Timothy Stillman, age 63, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on January 12, 2026. He was born on April 28, 1962 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Ira Edward and Ida Evalee Stillman.
Phillip is preceded in death by his mother and two brothers Ira Edward Stillman, Jr. and Richard Stillman.
He is survived by his wife Debra Stillman; two daughters Amber Stillman Taylor and Amanda Sue Stillman; four grandchildren Aydin Taylor, Samantha Hunter, Kevin Hunter III, and Bella Hunter; two brothers Ronald Stillman and David Stillman; three sisters Sandy Faulkner, Diane Caldwell, and Debbie Caldwell; special friend Bodie Elmore; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and his beloved cat Mokiey.
