
Shawn Ellis Duncan, age 44 was born in Little Rock, AR, November 22nd, 1981, he passed away in North Little Rock, AR on December 28th, 2025.
Shawn, loved his mother, Virginia, and his son Hayden, and he loved to paint!!! He wanted to paint the world one building at a time. He loved to pester anyone that was around him. For the most part, Shawn has a good personality and loved to help people, whether they wanted it or not. Shawn was loved by many people, and misunderstood by a few, but still loved regardless.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Joel Ketz Howell, grandmother Bobbye Virginia Bland, and sister Sylvia Howell.
His is survived in death by his mother Virginia Rose Duncan, son Hayden James Duncan, wife Cassandra Duncan, one brother Scott Howell (Tiffany), uncle Charles McAfee, uncle Louis Howell and many friend (bonus family).
A memorial Service will be held, January 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Sarah Daisy Garden Courts located at 2600 W. Pershing Blvd. North Little Rock, AR 72114. Any flowers can be sent to this location.
