Billie Lee Manning, age 74, of London, Arkansas passed away on January 31, 2026. He was born on November 26, 1951 in Manila, Arkansas.
Bill and his wife, Becky, met on a blind date in 1974. He had just finished his enlistment in the USMC and was a student at Arkansas Tech University. He was handsome, smart, and fun to be with. They were married in the fall of 1974 and had three wonderful children. Bill was a good husband and father and a very savvy businessman. He enjoyed his work as a business owner and entrepreneur and the bigger the challenge, the more he flourished. Throughout his life, he enjoyed nice cars, motorcycles, and sports. Their garage and storage area and outdoor carports were typically full of cars and motorcycles. When they weren’t attending or watching sports, Bill would be on the internet looking to buy exotic cars and motorcycles even as his health began to fail.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Manning and Vera Tillman.
He is survived by his wife Becky, two daughters Sabrina and Heather, his son Lance, and his grandson Emersyn.
Family-hosted service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 12:00pm at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Arrangements by A Natural State Funeral Service 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076. 501-982-3400. Online guestbook available at www.anaturalstatefuneralservice.com

I miss you more than words, dad. I will always wish I had done more, said more and showed more. I love you and this will never feel real.
So sorry for your loss Heather and family.
