Billy Joe Looney, 87, passed away February 1, 2026 in Little Rock.  Originally from Oil Trough, he was the son of Roy and Vadies Looney.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Bennie Stokes and Patricia Williford.

He is survived by three brothers, J.W. (Corinne) Looney, Harold (Marlene) Looney, and Troy (Mary) Looney.  One son, Randal (RJ) Looney and wife Kay Briscoe, three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank Presbyterian Village and Gentiva Hospice for the love and care they gave to our loved one.  No services are planned.
