In Loving Memory of Glenda Marie Willis Motley

Glenda Marie Willis Motley, cherished mother of Alan Motley and Anna Motley Higgins, passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 92.

Born on April 12, 1933, in McAlester, Oklahoma, Glenda was widely known for her kindness, her dedication to hard work, and her legendary peanut brittle. She took immense pride in her roles as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Glenda enjoyed taking walks in her neighborhood and found fulfillment working at Stein Mart in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her loving advice and steady presence touched many lives, and she will be fondly remembered for these qualities. Glenda was also a devoted member of Unity Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, and participated actively for many years.

Glenda is survived by her son Alan and his wife Betty Motley of Vilonia, and her daughter Anna and husband Robert Higgins of Beaverton, Oregon. She leaves behind four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Glenda was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Harold, and her son Gary D. Motley.

Due to uncertainty regarding weather and road conditions, service arrangements are to be determined.

    Ms Glenda with in the two years I worked with you I’ll Ms all the later night story’s and advice you would give the conversations we would have about the Bible I would look forward too it you’ll be missed

    My sweet Glenda, with the time of working with you over the year I will always cherish our little moments we’ve had together. You would always make me laugh everyday. I’m going to miss you . you’re so deeply missed Glenda. Rest in peace sweet angel.
