Jeffery Allan Harl, age 42, of Austin, Arkansas passed away on February 18, 2026. He was born on July 10, 1983 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Willis Harl and Norma (Davenport) Harl.

Jeffery is preceded in death by his father, sister Denise Banks, and grandmother Willa Davenport.

He is survived by his mother Norma Harl; siblings Dianna Drake (Bill Odom), Kelli Moore, Jessica Moore, and Jenny Childers (Derrek); along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Jeffery was the light of the family. He enjoyed word search puzzles, music, and anything sports related. He was the biggest Kansas City Chiefs and Arkansas Razorbacks fan.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Graveside service will follow on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 2:00pm at Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood.

    The very first time I met Jeffery he was very friendly and loving and always had a smile on his face you could tell that he loved his family and his friends very deeply he love him some Kansas city cheifs for the very short time that I got to spend time with him and get to know him I loved him very much he stole a peice of my heart for sure my heart is broken and very sad of a lost of a great friend brother son and uncle he will be missed so dearly but I tell you heaven has gained a beautiful angel and is very lucky to have him . It was a very very special moment that I got to meet him and be he’s friend He may be gone but I promise he will never be forgotten and loved forever.
