Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Tracy Lynn McKelvy Seiter Anousakes, age 60, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on February 1, 2026. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 21, 1965 to Ronald McKelvy and Robbie Ussery.

Tracy found joy in every season of life calling rainy, stormy days “delicious,” and savoring bright, sunny afternoons spent outdoors with her family and grandchildren. Guided by a deep and unwavering faith, she devoted countless hours to reading and studying God’s Word, letting it shape the way she loved and lived. Her creativity knew no bounds, flowing through her many passions fishing, camping, gardening, woodworking, painting, riding her electric bike, and especially creating beautiful handmade jewelry and other crafts born from her endless imagination. Above all, Tracy was a deeply godly woman with a big heart, one that gave freely, loved fiercely, and leaves a lasting imprint on everyone blessed to know her.

Tracy is preceded in death by her first husband Timothy Seiter, sister-in-law Nancy Seiter, niece Cindy Jablonowski, mother-in-law Bernice Seiter, and mother-in-law Mary Sue Anousakes.

She is survived by her husband Philip Anousakes; daughters Haley Seiter, Carley Seiter Sutton (Micah), and Kelsey Seiter; grandchildren Kylie Mann, Ryker Jacobson, Monty Sutton, and her granddog Bijou; one sister Pamela Woodall (Steve); niece Bethany Woodall and nephew Deven Ryan.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.

Tracy was one of God’s angels on earth. She was always bubbly and happy. I’ve known Tracy for 40 plus years and I would like to say that we helped each other out from one thing to another, but I can say that she helped me with so much more. I will miss you Tracy, you are a blessing and I know you will always be watching out over your family.

I am heartbroken for the loss of such a gracious, caring, sweet person. Her light shines continuously thru everything she said and did. The world is a darker place already and will ever be able to replace what she offered. To the family, I pray to God to keep you and cover you with His endless comfort, and peace, as He welcomes Tracy home.

Oh, I am so sad to hear this news. Sad for all who loved her. So sad for the “girls”. They are now women she was so proud of. Tracy brought joy to me in this last year especially. She left a legacy of love and joy for all who knew her to try to live like she did —loving Jesus and showing that to us. May we be more like Tracy.
