
Charles Allen Rice Jr., age 53, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on March 19, 2026. He was born in Washington, Pennsylvania on February 24, 1973 to Charles Allen Rice Sr. and Joan Kay (Davis) Rice.
Charles is preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and uncle.
He is survived by his son Robert O’Neal Rice, his mother Joan Crews, and his beloved pets Dixie and Rosie.
Charles was loved and will be deeply missed.
