
David Scott Mauldin Sr., age 51, of Scott, Arkansas, died Thursday, March 12, 2026, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born October 7, 1974, in North Little Rock, AR. David was a plumber and iron worker. David enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with family and friends, and working on things.
Preceding his death: his grandparents Joe A Mauldin and Mary Mauldin of North Little Rock, AR and Grandfather Paul Gregg of Scott, AR.
Survivors are 4 children: Megan Mauldin (Husband Jonathan Tillery) of Russellville, AR, David Scott Mauldin Jr. of Mayflower, AR, Rebeckah Maier (Husband Zach) of Stuttgart, AR, Joe David Mauldin (Fiancé Emma Draper) of Sherwood, AR. Parents Joe Roger Mauldin of Maumelle, AR and Cheryl Gregg Lewis of Jacksonville, AR. Grandmother Barbara Wilkins Gregg of Jacksonville, AR. 5 Siblings: Mike Mauldin (Brandie) of Camden, AR, Mick Langley (Joyce) of Murfreesboro, TN, Christy White of Benton, AR, Steve Lewis (Wendy) of Alexandria, VA, and Matthew Lewis of Lubbock, TX. Long time companion, Bobby Joe Meadows of Keo, AR. He has 7 beloved grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. And his longtime furry friend, Dixie Dog.
Memorial services will be Friday, March 20, 2026, at 2pm at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, AR.
