On March 26, 2026 Densil Ray Price (Denny) of Hot Springs, AR passed away at the age of 66.

He was a hardworking and giving individual who always put the needs of others ahead of his own and was always ready to lend a helping hand.

Densil was born on July 28, 1959 in Murfreesboro, AR to the late Doyle David Price and Bronnie Mae Hymer Price.

He is preceded in death by his parents mentioned above; his siblings, Doyle Edward Price, David Wayne Price and Thelma Elizabeth Price Green; one niece, Tabitha Price Dorrell and one nephew, Tony Price.

He is survived by wife, Betty Miller Price; son, James Randall Price; daughter, Barbara Miller Grigsby; grandchildren, Megan Price, Riley Price, Abagail Price, Aiden Ellis, Emma Bailey, Kimberly Wastian Jewell (spouse, Alec), Alexandra Goad (fiancé, Benjamin); nieces, Crystal Hill Sanchez (her children: Mark Hill, Matthew Hill, Angel Hill), Sunny Price Bray (spouse, Mike), Ginger Lee Bunce, Tambra Price; nephews, Paul Sweeney, Mike Price, Hoss Billy Price (spouse April), James Sigman (spouse Tasha); multiple great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.

A Family-hosted Celebration of Life service will be held at First Christian Church, 716 N Washington St, Murfreesboro, AR 71958 on April 11, 2026 at 11 AM.
