
Benny Marvin Alexander, 79, of Cabot, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 3rd, 2026.
Benny was a Vietnam veteran served in the military for 22 yrs, where he worked as an aviation maintenance technician and crew chief for the Air Force and then later as a flight engineer for the Coast Guard. After he left the military, he continued to work in this field for Hawker Beach and Falcon Jet until his retirement. In his retirement, Benny enjoyed his home in the country, with his pets who brought him much joy, and more recently, his new wife Teresa. He also enjoyed piloting small aircraft in his spare time.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Marvin Alexander & Colleen Sheffield Alexander, step-mother Zelma Alexander Foley, sister Carmon Moon, and brother Homer Romar Alexander.
He is survived by his wife Teresa Alexander, son, Jason Alexander & wife Doris, daughter Gina Isaacs & husband Sidney, sisters Linda Kitchens, Sandra Arrowood, Verna Bragg & husband Ron, Verlan McCool & husband Kenneth, and many nieces & nephews. Step children Anthony McLaren and wife Kristine, Angel McLaren and step granddaughter Ilexcya McLaren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 4:00-6:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

I didn’t know him long,but he was a nice guy and not just saying that. Helped who ever needed it and didn’t complain about it. I will miss him. Be strong Teresa this to will get easier with time
Ben was my world. He was a great husband and so proud when he was able to take care of me. He made sure that I never had to worry about anything. He was a great friend and father to everyone around him. He never missed an opportunity to teach someone or talk about his favorite things. He loved conspiracy stuff and animals and he really really missed the Coast Guard. . I could talk all day about the stories he told me.
