Billie Jean Loyd, affectionally known as Jeanie, age 69, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on April 5, 2026. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 28, 1956 to Billy and Louise (Mallet) Loyd.
Jeanie is preceded in death by her father Billy C. Loyd; mother Louise Mallet Loyd; brother James Loyd; sister Linda Baxter.
She is survived by sister Legenia Dillingham; brother-in-law Ken Baxter; 2 nieces Renee Hull and Tammy Sears; nephew Allen Baxter and Michael Baxter; great-nieces Brittany Huffman, Catylin Huffman, Tara Foshee; great-nephews Matt Foshee, Trey Corwsey; a huge church family and Sisters in Christ too many to count.
She attended First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Jeanie’s family would like to thank Bishop Joel Holmes and Pastor Nathan Holmes from First Pentecostal Church for their help in the time of bereavement.

She was the best friend and sister a girl could ask for and the worst no we really were so much alike we fought and we made up and we had fun good and bad times but in the end we got it right and we had Jesus Christ and I know that she will be in heaven with the Lord rejoicing and I hope to see her again soon and I’m going to miss her something terrible
