Mary Beth Martin, of Jacksonville AR, went to be with the Lord on April 6, 2026 at the age of 82. Mary Beth was born in Tipton, OK, September 11, 1943, the daughter of the late Nathan Edgar Vernon and Pauline (Powers) Vernon.

Mary Beth married Robert H. Martin on August 20, 1965 and he preceded her in death on February 26, 2018.

She will be remembered for her great love of family, unwavering faith and genuine kindness. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Mary Beth leaves behind her children Stacey Martin, Sonya (David) Killebrew, Cheryl (Jeff) Parlin; Her grandchildren Matthew (Megan) Killebrew, Casey (Amanda) Martin, Brent (Jennifer) Scott, Kristen (Cody) Harvey, Alicia (Daylan) Henderson and her great grand- children, Brodyn Scott, Ryan Scott, Arya Martin, Kole Martin, Hudson Harvey, Rob Killebrew and Ainsley Harvey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Pauline Vernon, brother Ronald Vernon, sister Peggy Ross, great-granddaughter Lily Scott and son-in-law Bill Scott.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 from 6:00-8:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas. A Funeral Service to honor Mary Beth’s life will be held in the chapel on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 10:00am with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
