Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Born February 11, 1950 to Charles Ray White and Donna Siglar White from Healdton, Oklahoma. Michael Ray White laid down his robes April 10, 2026 in Mena, Arkansas.

Mike graduated from Healdton High School with the Class of 1968. After graduation he enlisted to serve our country in the US Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1971. He married his first wife Glenda Schimmels of Watonga, Oklahoma and was blessed with a son Michael Shane White who later blessed him with two grandsons Garrett and Riley.

Mike was a talented fellow musically and in sports while in school.

He had great fun wherever he went, his favorite time spent in Arkansas was riding 4 wheelers with his son, grandsons and adopted family there or playing music with his friends on a creek bank or at a gig with a band. His son and grandsons inherited some of his zest for life and musical talent.

I first spied Mike about 2nd grade when I saw him run across the playground at Sunset Elementary: pretty blonde hair and he was FAST! I married that wild child in 1979 and we later adopted my granddaughter, Kirsten Segraves. I believe he truly fell in love with that baby girl and she with him.

Mike married his last love and caregiver Sissy White in 2014 in Mena, Arkansas. They had a few good years before his health declined.

He was loved and will be missed by many.

Mike was preceded in death by his father Charles Ray White and is survived by his wife Sissy White of the home, his mother Donna White, sisters Janet Hoefer & husband John of Durant, OK & Marsha Matli & husband Gary Watonga, OK, son Michael Shane & wife Shenna White, Waxahatchee, TX, grandsons Garrett & Cheltsey White with a new great grandbaby expected in the fall, Riley White, daughter Kirsten Seagraves White. And a multitude of friends & family.

RIP Ol’ Friend. See you on the other side.
