Nancy Ann Stoker, 50, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on April 13, 2026. She was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on February 17, 1976 to her parents Bobby and Edna Shipman.

She was preceded in death by her father Bobby Shipman, her sister LouAnn Whitman, nephews Cordell Shipman and Brian Shipman; grandparents Fred and Dorthy Fisher and her father’s parents, and a host of aunts and uncles.

Nancy is survived by her mother and stepfather Edna and Cliff Widger of Jessieville; brother Matthew Shipman and his wife Angela of Mt. Pine, their sons Alex and Eddie and daughter Ellen Mastronardi of New York; brother Doug Shipman and his wife Lisa and their son Tyler of Booneville, AR; stepbrother Clayton Parrish of Michigan; nieces Holly Rodgers and Annette Whitman; along with a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and amazing friends.

To know Nancy was to love her. She was such a caring, loving, and compassionate person. She loved everyone. She always met people where they were in life and had no judgement. If you were hurting, she was the first one there. If you needed help, it was “Giggles in the mobile”. She was coming. She had the most distinctive laugh. If you heard that laugh, you would never forget Nancy. She loved her family and friends fiercely. Nancy wasn’t able to have her own children, but she helped raise an army of them without hesitation. She was just a diamond in our family, and now she’s our shining angel. Rest in Love, Nancy Poo. We’ll take it from here.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 1:00pm with Nancy’s funeral service to follow at 2:00pm at Walnut Grove Community Church on Hwy 298 in Jessieville, Arkansas.
