Pamela Jean Ussery, 68, of Morrilton, Arkansas passed away peacefully at her home Tuesday, March 31, 2026 attended by friends Courtney Williams and Dakota Bilbrey.
Pamela was an avid home shopper and Temu’s best customer! She enjoyed visits to the Waffle House for a plate of biscuits and gravy. She loved a thick, fuzzy pair of socks and wouldn’t dream of being caught without wearing a pair or having at least a hundred pair in her dresser. Pamela had a real love of shoes, trinkets, gnomes, butterflies, small jewelry, perfumes, and doing her nails. She loved shopping and decorating for the holidays. She loved cooking and made a mean pot roast! Pam will be remembered as being a kind woman of simple means who delighted in making her home her haven and sharing what little she had with those she befriended and loved.
She is survived by her fur baby, Buttons; brother, Roger Watts; son, Phillip DeSalvo (Beth); Daughter, Kathy Turbeville (Tommy); Daughter, Victoria DeSalvo; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Dwight Watts and Johnnie (Richardson) Watts; husband, Ronnie Ussery; and sister Peggy Williams.
Left to cherish her memory is her friend and caregiver, Courtney Williams; friends Dakota Bilbrey, Terri Nelson, Pat Bradley, Deborah Sorrels, Gary Gettle, James “Sarge” Gross, and numerous other tenants of Park Place Apartments in Morrilton.
Courtney would like to express gratitude and thanks to both Misti Turnipseed, Nurse Practitioner for Hospice Home Care and Palliative Community Resources, as well as nurses and chaplain of Gentiva Hospice whose services enabled Pamela to pass in comfort with grace, compassion, and dignity.
For those who would like to make a donation in Pamela’s name, please give to an animal shelter of your choice.
