William Edgar Elliott (Billy Ed) went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2026 at the age of 77 in the home he built himself, in Twin Groves.

He is preceded in death by his parents; James Curtis Elliott and Dorothy Jane Elliott and siblings; Becky Elam and James Bo Elliott. He is survived by his nieces Toni Elliott Pruitt and Shawna Elliott Shannon, and nephew, Scott (Carol) Coleman. He is also survived by a host of great nieces and nephews.

William was born in San Diego, California on May 19, 1948. He studied at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he became a Razorback fan for life. He was an avid duck hunter and fisherman. He was also a skilled carpenter.

He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
