Noel Mark Franks, age 72, of Conway, Arkansas passed away on May 12, 2026. He was born on August 2, 1953 to John Eli Franks and Floyce Patrick Franks.
Noel was born and raised in Calhoun, Louisiana. He served in the United States Navy. He will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Sandra Hendrix Franks; one daughter Sandra Noel Bise (Chris); one son Joshua Mark Franks (Katie); three grandchildren Kaiden, Kallan, and Ember; two step-grandchildren Ray Johnson and Sam Johnson; one sister Floyce Ruth Franks; and numerous nieces and nephews.

I hate you had to go but I know you’re home in heaven surrounded by angels and God’s love. You were the family patriarch and we’re all at a loss without you. There’s an emptiness that will probably never be filled..Please say hi to the rest of the family for me? I love and miss you all so much. I will keep your precious family in my prayers all the days of my life. It’s with a heavy heart I say this last goodbye. Well, hopefully I’ll get to see you all again. Maybe Saint Peter will let me in someday.
