George Dewey Richardson, age 79, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away on June 23, 2026. He was born on February 19, 1947 in McGregor, Texas.

George was survived by his wife Barbara Richardson; his sister and brother-in-law Pansey and Dickie Blanchard; nephews Rickie Blanchard, Chris Blanchard, Pete Blanchard, David Blanchard, Nicholas Williams, and Andrew Landry; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Charline, two brothers Charles and James, two nephews James Blanchard and Tracie Blanchard.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 9:30am with the funeral service at 10:30am in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Burial to follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
