Minnie Ruth Burns, age 85, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on June 13, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Lee and Ruth Mullings Burns; two brothers Willie Lee Burns Jr. and Sammie Don Burns; and one sister Patsy Louise Gossage.

Minnie is survived by her son Gary Don (Sheila) Burns; two grandchildren Jennifer (Dustin) Dotson and Brandon (Amanda) Burns; two great grandkids Mitchel and Madalyn Burns; sister Sharon Hyatt; and several nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to daughter-in-law Sheila who was her wonderful caregiver in her last months of life. Also, to all her doctors and nurses at Baptist Hospital and Hospice.
