Russell Wayne Felcher, age 55, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on May 17, 2026. He was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on January 16, 1971 to Robert Felcher and Joann Felcher-Farnam.

Russell is survived by his father Robert Felcher and stepmother Cherie Felcher; his mother Joann Felcher-Farnam; his brother Michael Scott Felcher; along with a host of extended family and friends.

Russell enjoyed riding bikes and being outdoors. He will be missed dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 3:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.
