Billy Joe Parker Jr., age 57, passed away July 1st, 2026 in Mountain Pine, AR.

He was born August 28th, 1968 in Augusta, AR, a son of Billy and Hazel Parker.

Billy was a successful paint and auto body shop worker and opened his own business doing the work he was great at!

He loved creating art— whether it be building things with his hands or putting the pen to paper. His ability to make someone laugh no matter what life was handing them at the time left a lasting impact to anyone that came across him. There was never a moment around him to wallow, only moments to dust yourself off, get back up, and try again. He gave his family and loved ones all the love and dedication he had inside, no matter what. He was always a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on and a free comedy show when you needed it the most. He will be greatly missed here and never forgotten.

In addition to his parents, Billy was proceeded in death by his son n law, Joseph Matthew Wallace, and his brother, Jimmy Don Parker.

Billy is survived by his wife of 26 years Wilma Mae Parker, his 5 children, Billy Parker and his wife Summer Parker, Mallory Reid and her husband Kaleb Reid, Charles Harbin, Ashley Parker, Elizabeth Fraley and her husband Clay Fraley. His grandkids Jayce Joseph Matthew Wallace, Noah Tate Nelson, Saylm Reighn Nelson, Peter Joe Parker, Marley Jane Fraley, Parker Jaxson Wallace Terry, Lainey Vega Nelson, Ryleigh Louella Nelson, Maisy June Fraley, Adilyn Elizabeth Parker, Gianna Rae Harbin and Olliver Blue Fraley. His sisters Sheila Kay Ward, Jhauna Dannelle McCord, Shauna Joyce Parker and her daughter Jalynn Danyale Scott, his brother Marcus Adam Parker, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service is being held Wednesday July 8th, 2026 for the celebration of Billy’s life.
