Lacy E. Davis was born in Washington, D.C. on September 12, 1964 to Laurence E. Davis, Sr. (Deceased) and Anna L. Davis.

He is survived by his mother Anna L. Hall, brother Laurence E. Davis, Jr. and sister Lois E. Davis.

He was educated in the public school system and graduated from the School Without Walls in 1982. His work career in Washinton, D.C. included the Department of Commerce and the Smithsonian Institute. He moved to Hot Springs, AR in 2002, and started working for Ryans Buffet and then moved on to Red Lobster and was an employee there until CO-VID hit the country. He was a hard-core Dallas Cowboy’s fan and attended as many of their games as he could.

He was a loving son, brother, uncle and cousin and friend to many. He will be missed by all.
