Myrtle Elizabeth Georgiana Gray, age 84, of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away on July 13, 2026. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 7, 1942 to George and Myrtle Gray.

Myrtle is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter-in-law Paula Ann Dunlop Robert.

She is survived by her son John Christopher Robert and daughter Katherine Elizabeth Robey (Mark); grandchildren Michelle Robey, David Robey, and Gailen Evan Dunlop Robert; her cousin Joan Frank; and a host of extended family and friends.

Myrtle, fondly known as “Myrti” to close family, graduated from John McDonough High School in 1959. She then attended University of New Orleans for organic chemistry where she graduated in 1966. She worked on the Boeing “Saturn V project” and at BellSouth. Myrtle was an avid volunteer for Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Boy Scouts. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She loved her faith and was a part of the joint choir where she played piano and was a prayer warrior.
