Doyne M. DeVinney, age 80, of Biscoe, Arkansas passed away on August 24, 2026. He was born in Lonoke, Arkansas on June 28, 1946 to the late Lonnie Benton “Doc” DeVinney and Ruth Jewel Counts DeVinney.
Doyne is survived by his children Holly DeVinney-Massanelli, Michelle Stubenrauch (Ryan), Diakkia “Dee” Devinney (Patricia), Nalei Harris (Tony); grandchildren Zale Crace (Amber), Antonio Perez, Jet Torres, Sierra Massanelli, Emma Stubenrauch, Devin Oili, Athena Harris, Anastasia Harris; 18 great-grandchildren; two brothers Delmer DeVinney and Danny DeVinney; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 1:00pm with the funeral service at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Interment to follow at Brownsville Cemetery in Lonoke.

Although we have never met, I wanted to reach out and offer my deepest condolences to all of you during this difficult time. I hope you all find comfort in the memories you have and in the love of family and friends. My thoughts are with you all.
