Elizabeth Anne “Beth” Webb, age 72, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on July 31, 2026, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock following a sudden illness.

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, on October 2, 1953, Beth was one of four children born to Norman and Anne Pearre Webb. She shared a remarkable bond with her twin sister, Beverly Jan Webb, arriving just thirteen minutes after Beverly. Their connection was one of a lifetime, and Beth deeply missed Beverly following her passing in 2023.

A 1971 graduate of Little Rock Central High School, Beth attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. A dedicated student-athlete, she competed as a member of the university’s volleyball and tennis teams, combining her love of athletics with her passion for learning.

Beth proudly served her country in the United States Navy from June 1977 to June 1981, stationed at Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego, California. During her service, she supported flight training operations for the S-3 Viking aircraft with the Fleet Aviation Specialized Operational Training Group Pacific (FASOTRAGRUPAC). Her passion for athletics continued throughout her military career as she proudly represented the Navy on both the U.S. Navy Softball Team and the U.S. Navy Volleyball Team.

Her military service, education, and lifelong commitment to teamwork, service, and perseverance reflected the character and determination that defined her throughout her life.

Beth had a lifelong love of history and was an active member of the Gilbert Marshall Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, the Simon Bradford Chapter of the U.S. Daughters of 1812, and the General T. J. Churchill Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was especially proud of her United Daughters of the Confederacy membership in honor of her ancestor, Humphrey O. Pearre, Company K, 43rd Georgia Infantry. During her years of service, Beth served as Historian for the Gilbert Marshall Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution and as Recorder of Military Service Awards and Historian for the General T. J. Churchill Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.

A devoted supporter of America’s veterans, Beth volunteered through the Veterans Affairs Voluntary Services program, attending funerals for homeless veterans, assisting with receptions for veterans’ events, and delivering Christmas greetings, socks, and gifts to veterans. She held a special place in her heart for Vietnam-era veterans and faithfully participated each December with the U.S. Daughters of 1812 in placing wreaths to honor the Unknown Soldiers at the National Cemetery. She also participated in placing American flags and Christmas wreaths at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, believing deeply in remembering and honoring those who served.

Beth adored animals and found great joy and companionship in the many pets she loved throughout her life. She had a deep appreciation for music, cherished her faith, and loved attending her church. Those who knew Beth will remember her caring heart, gentle spirit, quiet strength, resilience, and devotion to her family.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Anne Pearre Webb; her brothers, David Vincent Webb and William Wayne “Bill” Webb; and her beloved twin sister, Beverly Jan Webb.

She is survived by her niece, Stefanie Michelle Webb Cisneros and her husband, Robert Cisneros, of San Antonio, Texas; her niece, Anna Marcella Webb Snyder and her husband, Chris Snyder, of Coldwater, Kansas; her great-niece, Alexandra Gabrielle “Lexi” Cisneros; her great-nephew, David Vincent Cisneros; her great-niece, Haylie Hawkins; and her great-nephews, Barrett Easter and Wesson Easter, along with extended family members and many dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to LouAnn Wright, Jane Anne Spikes, and the John and Joyce Castle Family for their unwavering friendship, compassion, and countless acts of kindness throughout Beth’s illness and passing. Their love, generosity, and support have been a source of strength and comfort to our family during this difficult time. The family also extends its sincere appreciation to the physicians, nurses, therapists, and staff of Baptist Health Medical Center for the compassionate care they provided during Beth’s final illness.

With Beth’s passing, the four Webb siblings are reunited. While a cherished chapter of the Webb family has come to a close, their legacy of faith, service, resilience, and love will continue through the generations that follow. For nearly seventy years, Beth and Beverly shared a bond unlike any other. Though those who loved Beth grieve her loss, they find comfort in knowing the twins are together once again.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210, or to a local veterans organization or animal rescue of the donor’s choice in Beth’s memory.

Beth was cremated in accordance with her wishes. A graveside service with United States Navy military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at historic Mount Holly Cemetery in Little Rock, Arkansas.
