Terry Douglas Waters, age 58, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on August 19, 2026 at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born on July 20, 1968.
Terry was proceeded in death by his father Ruell Waters; his mother and step-dad Barbara & Earl Robbins; brothers Jimmy Waters, Jackie Waters and Jeffrey Waters, infant brother Jerry Waters.
He is survived by brothers Joey Waters, Johnny Waters and Jessie Ray Waters; sisters Robin Andrews (Brian), Roberta Vowell (Jack); nieces Randi Hutchison, Kristie Maxfield; nephews Cody Maxfield and Corey Namors; several great nieces and nephews.
