
Donna Sue Logan, born July 15, 1953, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and service. A 1971 graduate of Searcy High School, Donna became a licensed practical nurse in 1976 and worked at Baptist Medical Center from 1977 to 1991. She later found her calling at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, where she dedicated herself to helping people overcome addiction and find hope.
Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby Joe Logan, and her grandchild, Karsyn Michelle Priest. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Donetta Michelle Mathis, her son-in-law Mark, and her God sister and dear friend, Kay Stevens.
Her family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Amberwood Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center and Arkansas Hospice for the loving care and support they provided over the past two years.
Donna will be remembered for her caring heart, dedication to others, and the love she shared with everyone around her. Her daughter will forever cherish their special words to one another: “I love you to the moon and back.”
A visitation service will be held at Indian Springs Baptist Church in Bryant, Arkansas, with the date to be announced.
