Kathleen Ann McBride peacefully passed away at home on September 5, 2026 surrounded by loved ones.

She was born September 2,1935 in Somerville, MA to the late Edson and Kathryn Burns.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George McBride and her sister Janet.  She is survived by her daughter Diane (McBride) Hollingshead and her husband Gary Hollingshead of Ward; her son Michael J McBride of Ward; grandchildren Shawn Hollingshead and wife Mica; Brad Hollingshead and wife Beth; her great-grandchildren are Shelby Beatty, and Trey and Abby Lamb.  Her great-great-grandchildren are Audrey and Benjamin Beatty.

Kathleen enjoyed gardening and flowers of every kind.  She loved swimming and being outside.  She adored her two Westies.  She loved shopping and traveling with her husband.  She loved most of all spending time with her family and friends.

Her life will be celebrated by her family at a private ceremony.
