In Loving Memory of Paul Allen 🕊️

Paul Allen Like, 62, of Clinton, Arkansas, was born on March 16, 1964, and sadly passed away on August 22, 2026, at Conway Regional Medical Center.

Paul has now been reunited with his beloved parents, Jondena and Graydon Like; his late wife, Lori Like; and his brothers, Graydon D. Like Jr., Gary Don Like, and Jimmy Like.

He leaves behind his only surviving brother, Mike Like, along with his children, Angela Like (41), Paul Like (40), Julia Like (32) Crystal and Cody DeMasters. his beautiful grandchildren: Brehken Pierson (14), Emorie Tate (13), Xander Like (12), Kataleya Like (10), Ryker Like (1), Anthony Baker, Brian Baker, Marcus Like, and Dillon Like—whom he cherished and loved more than life itself.

Paul also leaves behind his extended family, Shanna Sutton and Kedrick Foster; Shanna’s children, Dougie Sutton Nick and Christina (Nicks Wife) Alexander. Paul held a special place in his heart for Nick and Christina’s boys, Gunner and Ryder Alexander, who quickly became two of his favorite little sidekicks.

Paul was truly a jack of all trades. If something needed to be fixed, built, or figured out, there was a good chance Paul could do it. For a large part of his life, he worked as a roofer and later became a self-taught mechanic, doing side jobs for family, friends, and members of his community.

Paul took great pride in his Cherokee heritage and made a point of learning and incorporating it into his everyday life. He was a simple man who would have much rather bought a decent, working camper, parked it on a beautiful piece of land, and lived off whatever that land could provide.

He was also a storyteller through and through. Paul could talk your ear off if you gave him the chance—and he probably would have loved every minute of it. He was stubborn, loving, mischievous, opinionated, and was never afraid to do things his own way. He believed strongly in living life on his terms, no matter the outcome because living it fast, living it fully, and leaving with no regrets was his plan all along.

Paul wasn’t a perfect man nor a perfect father, but he was a man who tried and tried his hardest, even though He had his faults, his struggles, and his stubborn ways, he also had an incredible amount of love, loyalty, knowledge, and heart to give. And to him that’s all person really needed. Those who truly knew him knew there was so much more to Paul than his rough edges. They knew his character, love and devotion for his friends and most importantly his family.

Today, we choose to remember Paul by, the stories, the laughter, the lessons, the stubbornness, the love and the need to live life to its complete fullest.  these are the memories that will stay with us forever.

He is now at peace, reunited with those who went before him, and forever held in the hearts of everyone who loved him.

Rest peacefully, Paul.

You will forever be deeply loved, greatly missed, and never forgotten.
