Susan Aviles Perez was born on November 28, 1971, in Puerto Rico. She passed away on August 16, 2026, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, at the age of 54.

Susan grew up in Puerto Rico before moving to Florida, where she began her family and welcomed her beloved daughters, Haley and Joslyn Sherrer. Later, she moved to Arkansas to be closer to her family and to help one of her daughters following the births of her grandchildren, Nelson Rivera and Elaina Kass. Her brother, Ezequiel Muniz, was also an important part of her life.

A loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Susan cherished her family deeply. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Perez. She is survived by her daughters, Haley and Joselyn Sherrer; her grandson, Nelson Rivera; her granddaughter, Elaina Kass; and her brother, Ezequiel Muniz.

Susan found great joy and peace in her garden, where beautiful flowers bloomed and birds and koi fish made their home. She took pride in caring for it, finding happiness in the beauty of nature and in the quiet moments spent among the things she loved.

Susan will be remembered with deep love by her family and all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved, and her life will continue to be honored through the family she cherished.
