Teddy Joe Brown Sr., age 67, of Ward, Arkansas passed away on September 28, 2026. Ted was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 12, 1958 to Robert Eugene and Constance Mandrel Behymer Brown.

Ted is preceded in death by both parents and siblings Stephen Alan Brown, Susan Robin Martindale, and Joan Elizabeth Gatica.

He is survived by his wife Darla Kay Welch Brown; children Teddy J. Brown Jr., Andrew Jason Brown, Joshua Kyle Brown (Erica), and Tabetha Miller; siblings Rusty Maurice Brown (Jill), Robert Eugene Brown (Marla), and Jenna Loe Lamb (Stan); along with a host of extended family and friends.

Ted proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Lonoke, Arkansas. He married the love of his life, Darla, on May 15, 1984, and together they celebrated 42 years of marriage full of laughter, faith, and love of family. Ted will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
