Felicity Marie Donahue
March 9, 2006 – October 5, 2026
Forever 20. Forever Loved. Forever Our Felicity.
Some people spend a lifetime leaving footprints on the hearts of others. Felicity Marie Donahue needed only 20 years.
Born on March 9, 2006, in the middle of a tornado, Felicity made quite the entrance into this world—and in true Felicity fashion, she was never one to do things quietly or ordinarily. From the very beginning, she was a force of nature, full of personality, determination, and a spirit that could not easily be tamed.
On Monday, October 5, 2026, Felicity left this world far too soon, leaving behind a family who adored her, friends who cherished her, and countless memories that will forever live in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.
Beautiful, intelligent, funny, and blessed with just the right amount of sarcasm, Felicity had a personality that was impossible to forget. She had a quick wit, a mind of her own, and a determination that could not easily be shaken. When Felicity believed in something, she stood by it wholeheartedly.
Felicity possessed remarkable intelligence, determination, and an unwavering belief in herself. One of her proudest accomplishments was graduating from high school an entire year early, despite being told it wasn’t possible. But anyone who knew Felicity knew that telling her she couldn’t do something was often all the motivation she needed to prove otherwise. Her hard work and dedication earned her acceptance into Harding University, along with multiple scholarships. These achievements were a testament to her perseverance, ambition, and the extraordinary potential she carried within her.
Music was woven into Felicity’s soul. From pop to country, she loved to sing and never needed much of an excuse to share her beautiful voice. Some of her family’s most treasured memories will forever be their karaoke nights together, filled with music, laughter, and the simple joy of being together. Those nights were more than just singing songs; they were moments of happiness, love, and connection that her family will carry in their hearts forever. Though her voice has fallen silent, the memories of her singing will never fade.
Felicity also proudly served as an ambassador for the Central Arkansas Corvette Club, another reflection of the many interests and experiences that made her life uniquely her own.
But perhaps Felicity’s greatest gift was her heart. She loved deeply, forgave freely, and possessed a compassion that was truly remarkable. Even when life gave her reasons to hold on to hurt, she had an extraordinary ability to forgive. Her kindness was not a weakness; it was one of her greatest strengths.
She was the friend who offered a shoulder to cry on, the person who could bring laughter into even the darkest moments, and the one whose hugs could make the world feel a little less overwhelming. She had a way of making people feel loved, accepted, and understood.
One of the most beautiful relationships Felicity shared was with her mother. Their bond went far beyond that of mother and daughter. They were best friends, confidantes, and karaoke partners who shared countless moments of laughter, music, and love. To her Momma, Felicity wasn’t simply her little girl; she was her best friend, her singing partner, and a piece of her very soul. A bond like theirs does not end with goodbye. It is a love that will be carried for a lifetime.
A Story of Felicity and Zeus
Nine years ago, a red-nosed pit bull named Zeus followed Felicity home, beginning a story that seemed meant to be. When the family discovered his owners were moving and couldn’t take him with them, they welcomed Zeus into their home, never imagining how much he would become a part of their lives.
Although Zeus eventually became especially attached to her brother, Hayden, he took his role as the family’s loyal protector very seriously. If he didn’t recognize someone walking through the door, they rarely made it more than three steps inside before Zeus made his presence known—until someone in the family assured him everything was okay.
On October 8, 2026, just three days after Felicity’s passing, Zeus crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Nine years after following Felicity home for the first time, it seemed he had followed her home once again.
Some journeys begin with an unexpected visitor, and some bonds leave us with a story we’ll never forget.
Her Loving Family
Felicity leaves behind a family who loved her beyond measure, including her beloved Momma, Jennifer Donahue (Nelson); her Daddio, Ronnie Joe Donahue (Kimmie); her brother, affectionately known as Bubba, Hayden Donahue; and her sister, Emma Seigrist (Brandon).
She is also survived by her loving grandparents, Nana Sandy Head, Pawpaw Ron Head, Grandpa Ron Donahue, and Memaw Robbin Hildebrand-Gowen; her uncles, Scott Head (Christy) and Zack Donahue (Alyssa); her cousins, Kaleb and Joshua Head; and her cherished nieces, Alaska and Oakley Seigrist and Malia Donahue. And a host of extended Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Felicity was also joyfully anticipating the arrival of her nephew, Bentlee Ray-Dean. Though she would never get the opportunity to meet him, she already loved him dearly and couldn’t wait to welcome him into the family.
Felicity was preceded in death by her beloved great-grandmothers, Granny Ann Stephens and Meme Joan Head; and her great-uncle, Mike Blome. Forever in Our Hearts
Felicity was so much more than the 20 years she was given. She was laughter, music, determination, compassion, and love. She was a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, an aunt, a niece, a friend, and a beautiful soul who deserved so many more tomorrows.
Twenty years was never going to be enough. Not enough hugs, not enough laughter, not enough conversations, and certainly not enough time for all the dreams still waiting to be lived.
But the love she gave and the love she received will never be measured in years.
Her family will forever cherish the memories she created, the laughter she inspired, the songs she sang, and the beautiful person she was. Her wings were ready, but we were not.
Forever 20. Forever loved. Forever our Felicity.
