Erica Janice Blair Palludan was born on September 15, 1982, and she left us much too soon on September 29, 2026. Erica was preceded in death by her grandparents: Papa (John Griggs), Grandpa Dudley & Grandma Darby (Blair), Nanny (Sandy Archer), Grandma Tootsie & Grandpa John (Cook), and Mawmaw & Grandaddy Bob (Janice & Bob Mayo). Erica is survived by her two daughters and son; her mom & dad, Carrie & Marty Archer; and her father, John Blair. She is also survived by her Memaw, Carol Griggs, and her grandfather, SC Archer, her five siblings, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Erica gave us the loves of her life – her three adorable children. Everyone in Erica’s ‘tribe’ will be there for these kids as they grow to remind them how much their mother loved them – and to remind them how much love, support, and pure joy she brought into every life she touched.

Erica graduated from Bryant High School in 2000, and she was employed by Hiland Dairy – where she loved being their mascot, Heidi. She was a valuable part of the Hiland family, and she participated in the annual Summer Cereal Drive. Erica never met a stranger! Those who knew her were always cheered by the constant smile on her face and were supported by a heart filled with love.

Erica’s parents and family want to thank everyone for the outpouring of love, prayers, food, supplies, calls, cards, texts, and visits. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local humane society or your favorite charity in Erica’s memory.

A family-hosted celebration of life service will be held for her on Tuesday, October 13^th at Hebron Baptist Church on 18715 Kanis Rd, Little Rock, AR, 72223. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM followed by the service at 11:00 AM.
