
Jimmy E. Williams Jr., born May 11, 1959, in Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on October 6, 2026. A longtime resident of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Jimmy will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his enjoyment of life, and the special memories he created with his family and loved ones.
Jimmy was a man who enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed visiting the casino and had a deep love for music. One of his favorite pastimes was playing his guitar, sharing his appreciation for music with those around him. These interests were an important part of who he was and will remain cherished memories for those who knew and loved him.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy E. Williams Sr., his mother, Maggie N. Taylor, and two sisters Elizabeth Vent (Jim) and Loretta Williams.
He leaves behind his loving partner, Margaret Fulp; his daughter, Amanda Williams of Jacksonville, Arkansas; his son, Thomas Williams (Tara Williams) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; and his son, Matthew Glover of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also survived by his siblings, Maggie (Rickey) Parr of Beebe, Arkansas; James Williams of Cabot, Arkansas; David Williams of Beebe, Arkansas; and Billy (Marsha) Williams of Danville, Arkansas.
Jimmy’s legacy also lives on through his 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, who brought love and joy to his life, along with his extended family and friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.
Though Jimmy has departed this life, the memories of his laughter, his love of music, his time spent outdoors, and the moments shared with family and friends will continue to live on. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will remain a lasting reminder of the life he lived and the love he leaves behind.
May he rest in peace and may his memory forever be cherished.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12, at 1:00pm with the funeral service at 2:00pm in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville. Burial to follow at Lonoke Cemetery.
