Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

June Taylor, 83, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 6th. 2026 surrounded by loved ones.

She was born on July 28, 1943 in Glenwood Arkansas to Floyd Oliver and Ethel (Cantrell) Oliver.

June lived life to the fullest and was always ready for the next adventure. She loved to read a good book, crochet, go to the car races with her son Carl, but most of all she loved spending time with her little dog Wade. There’s a saying that “if my dog can’t go, then I’m not going”. That was true for June when it came to Wade. She cherished her time with family and friends who she loved dearly. She was proud of her family and bragged on them often, especially her grandson Bryce. She was a woman of Faith who found comfort and strength in God’s word. She will be remembered for her caring spirit, loving heart and her faith. June will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her son Carl (Teresa) Taylor of Bauxite, grandson Bryce (Grayson) Taylor of Morrilton, and her boyfriend Wayne Boyer.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters and one brother.

The family will be hosting a celebration of life at North Sardis Missionary Baptist Church located at 20120 N. Sardis, Mabelvale, AR 72103 on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 at 2:00pm. Pastor Jeff Cagle will be officiating. A dinner for the family will be provided at the church after the service.

Please send flowers to the church on Saturday morning or make a donation to North Sardis Missionary Baptist Church in her name.

June was a beautiful person in and out. I meet her about a year and a half ago, we were in sign language class together. She always had a smile on her face and it was fun to see what color she would be wearing. She loved her lord and loved telling everybody about him. She will be missed and your family will be in my prayers.

I didn’t know her very long but I had met her at Prime Timers and she would play that piano and I would sing for everybody up there and always told her how pretty she looked with her little earrings and her matching little outfits and I really grew to really care about this lady and she was so special and we appreciated her playing the piano for us and she always had a smile on her face and plenty of hugs to hand out! I’m so sorry for your loss I just heard about it about 11:50 p.m. on Friday night!! 💖💖🙏💖🙏💖🙏💖🙏💖
